Our Custom Machine Building Department provides two production options; Build To Print and Design and Build.

Design and Build

TM’s innovative engineering skills and manufacturing along with our associate Design teams offer a unique blend of experience in designing and manufacturing of Special Purpose Machinery, Prototypes, Test Rigs etc

We provide a comprehensive engineering service spanning management, design and analysis. Computer aided design is used extensively, utilising software which includes: Microstation/J and Autocad for engineering drawings plus Solid Edge and Solid Works for three dimensional modelling. Our work conforms to all recognised international design codes of practice.

MACHINE BUILDING SHOP

Incorporates full mechanical assembly, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics and testing all conforming to British standards and CE marking where called for. We also dismantle, pack and deliver to any destination and also offer a complete installation service.

STANDARDS

Every aspect of the design undertaking is performed in accordance of BSEN ISO 9001:200 Quality Registration. We undertake assignments that range from Test Rig equipment to Special Purpose handling and Machinery up to 100 Tonnes in weight.
